evotech headlight guard

Post by HDKAWKTM » Thu Feb 15, 2018 12:21 am

Evotech makes top quality stuff that fits in some cases better than OEM items. I have quite a few of their items on my SDR. Has anyone installed one of these and if so how was it. I like the look more than its design function but think it would really hurt headlight brightness when riding at dark. What is everyone's take on this. Rottweiler has them for about 90 dollars so its not overpriced imho.

Ive just fitted the full suite of evotech guards, and I reckon they are brilliant, the mask was easy to install(about 20 minutes) the rad and engine guards took about 15 minutes each and the tail tidy and rectifier guard took me about 2 hours, I am really chuffed with the results as well, my bike is a new 16 model in orange and white :D :D

No noticable loss of light , in my opinion, and I do a lot of riding in low light and country road situations.... cheers

Fantastic headlight guard with no noticeable loss to headlight beam.
