Weird it’s not in the parts diagram huh.

I even called a ktm garage and their mechanic said no spacer.

Thanks.

Yes, it's really weird...
I have bought 2 sprocket carriers from eBay, from different years, and both of them has the metal spacer in between the bearings. Also the original carrier from 2010 has got it. SO, in this case I would not believe in the mechanic. Sorry...

Most likely they look at the parts diagram and can't see the distance spacer/ring between the bearings...

Yeah.
Had to order part from rc8r diagram.

Serves me for giving my bike to someone else to sort. Always just do things yourself.

Aha! There it is! 'Bearing distance ring'. Strange that it isn't at the SMt parts diagram...

Hi all, when changing my rear tire I too noticed that my sprocket carrier bearings had worn out big time.
I made this video about the bearings and the carrier.

I hope it could be of use for the KTManiacs running into similar issues.
BTW, My bearings were ordered by my local car parts stockist, price wise this is much friendlier than the official KTM bearings ;)
