DENALI SoundBomb Split Dual-Tone Air Horn

The horn of the 2017 KTM SDGT is an issue for many (i.e failure, sound, etc. ). Personally, I like a loud horn. Went with the DENALI SoundBomb Split Dual-Tone Motorcycle Air Horn Kit | Horn & Wiring Harness ( http://www.twistedthrottle.com/denali-s ... ng-harness ). We had already made the conversion removing the carbon evaporator under the rear seat utilizing PowerCell Performance Kits ( https://www.powercellperformance.com/pr ... ture-1190/ ). Denali plug & play wiring harness wired to the battery, placed the air compressor under the rear seat and attached the acoustic unit on the left side of the engine block with an OEM 6 mm screw utilizing the old horn OEM bracket. There was an open 6mm threaded screw slot in that location. You will require a 90 degree bracket. These two other brackets should work if you do not want to utilize the OEM horn bracket ( https://www.motorcycleinnovations.ca/pr ... .10700.htm, https://www.motorcycleinnovations.ca/pr ... .10400.htm ). The Denali kit has a air line that is only 3 ft long. I required a bit more so, I purchased some on Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XB ... UTF8&psc=1 ). Fit in position well & is LOUD!! looks good man, I've been thinking about this kit for quite a while, the stock horn is kind of useless. Can you post a pic of the compressor under the seat? also how did you wire it? I read some issues with canbus reporting errors. did you wire it in parallel to the existing circuit? or just power your new relay with the stock horn's power? Thanks

The larger horns such as the Denali SoundBomb Split Dual should be connected directly to the battery. The old horn plugs are connected to the relay of the horns wiring harness. We did the Performance Cell SAS conversion so, the canister was already gone/ removed from the area under the rear seat. Added several electrical accessories thus, the PDM60. Best,
