I must get one of those stand bases, trouble is they want $70NZ plus postage, its getting up around a hundy, seems way too much, when a crushed coke can does the same job :D
2016 1290GT-remus link and muffler, 2010 Black 1200 Multistrada full Termi system with mapping, 2005 SMR 640, full Titanium system, Mikuni flatside racing carb, 2 sets of wheels, 18 litre tank, and a nice soft seat.

The shoe and the shock sock are very practical upgrades. When the stand is retracted, does the shoe hit or interfere with anything?

No, it doesn't. There's enough space left between the shoe and the rest of the bike.

There are expensive. Paid almost 40 euro in the Netherlands. There's also an Ali Express version. My mate bought it and it looks solid.Image

Cheers DaveNZ......I can vouch or Ali Express......I used them for some bits for my Ex-Capo12 and their delivery tracking was excellent. They are cheap as, and legit. :)

Now I'm thinking that foot plate looks a lot more trick than my cut down (to clear the chain) Givi foot plate I stole off the Capo and rejigged to fit the Kato......

I've got that one. it was 7.95 and free shipping from amazon. A bit fiddly to install, but works/fits just fine on my 990 SM-T
