Dongle ordered. ESE KT1 for us guys with the GT. 73 euros delivered to NZ. For you guys that have servo troubles, this is a great mod, it allows you to remove that dam exhaust valve setup which has been causing many problems. I have the little cam fitted with no valve setup, but now I can remove the servo also. Win Win. Grin Grin.

Anyone fit one and test ride it yet? Can't wait to hear how it affects the engine characteristics a full system!

Still waiting for mine to arrive, but I’ve been riding my GT with no CAT and no exhaust valve, seems to go allright with the O2 sensor removal kit.

Well mine arrived 2 weeks back. I fitted it, test rode, and it kept throwing up fault codes, I tried ignition off and back on a few times, even disconnected the battery. Put the bike away for 2 weeks and rode the trusty Multistrsda. Took the GT out today, and fail codes, this time it was turning off the TC. So I wouldn’t rush into purchasing one yet guys.

That's not good news. Mine arrived a few days ago but I'm waiting for the bodis link pipe to get here.

Let me know how you get on when it’s fitted Des, the dongle seems to work sometimes for awhile, then all of a sudden a fault code, engine seems to drop into a limp mode.

No not yet, I’m going to refit the exhaust valve mechanism. And see if it returns to normal, then refit the dongle and test, if it continues to fail I shall email them

KiwiDes & Dave NZ
Hopefully when you try yours Des it will work
"plug n play" as the way it's meant too....

If it doesn't like Dave's it will be interesting what the supplier response will Be?

Has any of our GT brothers from other countries tried fitting one with/without issues ?????

Dave, does the original plug just pull out or are there some tabs that need to be pushed in

Des, it does just pull out, there two small tags but they just release with a little pressure, I think I did use a flat screwdriver to help seperate the plugs. But no latch toe clips to worry about. Has yours arrived yet, I’ve been to dam busy to refit the valve push pull thingy yet. Maybe in the weekend.

ESE removed and valve actuator refitted and the GT ran fine no faults. Des there are two small pins to push in to remove the cable plug from the actuator

Ok thanks. A few other people are having problems with the ESE. Apparently Healtech are aware & coming up with a solution

Yes I’ve got an email saying they are sending me a new ESE. Cool, hope this one works. They ask if I have the O2 sensors connected, which I don’t, I’ve removed the SAS system as you need to for the removal of the CAT and exhaust valve.
