I put the medium CalSci on mine, and love it. Taller and wider than OEM; blocks cold air for winter riding.

G'day Vortex.

You are lucky in that there are more screens to choose from now than when I was looking 12mths ago.

Have a look in the Accessories thread. I chose the Puig screen and it is taller and works fine for 5' 9.5" of me, but the mounting screws can crack the screen if you are not super aware of the torque being applied.

I've seen a neat post about a V stream screen that is mid height to the Puig. The websites should show virtual wind tunnel airflow diagrams and comparo's to OEM.

Happy hunting.

Ps the little Xcreen wing also works well but is priced at almost as much as a new tall screen. The GT looks great with a tinted or dark tint screen (you don't look through it so why not go for looks... ;) ).

I also went with a tall Puig windscreen for two months last year. The aerodynamics were much improved over the stock windscreen. However, when I removed it, I noticed that the screen had 'starred' (cracked) all around the mounting holes. So goes the way of acrylic screens. This year I have installed a National Cycle windscreen with is made of polycarbonate which most will agree is a better material https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCYtjp_RQ9s.
