Luggage

Post by vet57air » Fri Jun 03, 2016 9:00 pm

Any present GT owners have any comments on the KTM bags for this bike, good or bad? Have been hearing they have issues. My bike comes in 3 weeks and would like to know if their worth the money.

Complaints that the front of the bags have a larger gap as time goes by.

Over here the panniers are $1800. I would expect them to last forever.

What about liners shaped for the stock bags?

The bags came stock with mine, as I am in the US. So far I think the bags are great. I can possibly see the gap at the front of the bags becoming a little bit larger over time, but I don't think it will be anything to worry about. They mount very securely to the bike and can fit quite a bit of luggage. Makes me wonder how I did without for so long!
