GT akro on a 1050

Post by markbdaniels » Wed Dec 21, 2016 8:17 pm

Hi all,

I recently got a new 1050. I really want to get an akro for it but a new one is a little too expensive for me ( thinking about it - the new one is exactly 10% of the price of the bike :| ).

Anyways, there is guy who is selling his akro which was used for a couple of kms on his super duke GT. He got some other exhaust instead to show off the single sided singarm more...

If I buy this off him can you foresee any issues? I know I will need to get a custom mount made but besides that is there any negatives?
The GT akro is also smaller than the adventure akro which I prefer. The adventure one is massive...

Cant see any reasons why it could not be retro fitted.
