I am 6 foot 3 and the existing screen was just a bit too low, I noticed the SA-T has these adjuster bars so I ordered one of each part numbers-

21GBP spent and with some minor messing around with longer M5 bolts and washers it fits within a bit of flexing, so now the screen is still fully adjustable, looks and feels stock with the GPS in the same spot, but higher by approx 1 inch and further forward by 1/2 inch. Much improved airflow and buffeting almost eliminated combined with the Rox risers installed to move the handlebars forward and upwards.
Cheap and easy, and seems to work for me
