The only kit that I've heard that works. I have it and love it

LED headlight bulbs?

Check super duke forum. I made mine work with 1k ohm resistor, no need of load resistors that get hot. Worth a try.

+ 1 for the Cyclops Kit. A HUGE improvement over stock. Bores a hole in the worst darkness and makes signs and reflectors look like they are plugged in. Best of all, no one will NOT see you coming! I Immediately purchased this kit after bringing my 2015 1190R home for the 1st time, after dark, in a drenching rain storm. Stock KTM headlights are not far from the carbide headlamps of yesteryear.

I wanted more light at night like most of you reading this post. I evaluated and read a lot of things about LED headlight replacements and upgrades. One consistent comment was the observation the headlight reflector was originally designed for a halogen bulb and the LED is not always a good match for the existing OEM reflector. In fact it can be a bad match depending upon the product so say many posts I have read. However, I have discovered a very good solution. https://clearwaterlights.com/collection ... ts/erica-1

I installed Clearwater LED Erica lights (6000+ lumens) on each LED light and all I can say is WOW. Expensive but these things are absolutely amazing. The kit makes the LEDs pretty much a plug in, and the dimmer feature is really nice. I use them as running lights at night set at 10%, and daytime running lights at 30%. The intergraded high beam feature has them go to 100% whenever the high beam activated. If you dont want this to happen, there is an off switch. Also the supplied kit allows a horn activation to 100% which I really like. Hit the horn and instant on at 100%, day or night. Power consumed for these lights is about 120 watts which is no problem for the 450 watt alternator on 1290 SA.
