Great news the ABS ring work perfectly in MPH with simular results to the KPH Speedo's.

What we now know is the 45T will over read by approx. +3.4mph over the GPS & the Odometer is correct, we know the 44T will read approx. +1 to +2mph over the GPS.

I will only be producing the 44T modified ABS ring sets, we need the 1 to 2mph over read to allow for tyre wear from new & worn. Today I will work my way through the list sending PM's asking for email address so I can send you a PayPal invoice, many thanks to Jengel451 for testing the offsets for me & for coming forward looking for a Speedo solution.

So I don't completely confuse myself with PM's all over the place I will be doing the SMT forum guys first then the ADV guy in a few days time.

The Price for the front & rear modified rings 44T unpainted costs Australian $110.00 + postage.

Postage costs, if you not on the list let me know as I only charge what it costs to post.
USA= $21.10
UK =25.20
Most of Europe= $25.20 to $27.20
NZ = $19.25
Oz = $10.20

Note important:
Once the rings have been fitted the air gap must be checked between the ring & the ABS sensor, by turning the wheel 360 degrees making sure the ABS sensor is not touching the rings, I have only ever had one problem where the guy had the rings power coated & the coating was to thick & the ring touched the sensor but did not damage it, I prefer the rings to be primed & pained.

Hi Kev
Couple of questions....

Im led to believe that the speedo error is introduced in the software but the odometer is actually correct?
My gps odometer has always been within a couple percent of the bikes but the speedo has been out by 10 percent?

Does that mean if the speedo is now correct, the odometer will be 10% under?

The fuel consumption figures will also read 10% higher (correct)? They have always been 10% optimistic based on actual.
Cheers and happy new year

The Odometer will be approx. +-5% less as it over reads in its standard form, we thought the same thing on the 1290 but the end results showed the Odometer read -4.7% less with the modified rings with a 10% speed correction, viewtopic.php?f=29&t=6511&start=700

No matter what device you used as in a Speedo Healer or like devices they all alter the Odometer.

All the best for the new year as well. :D

Ok have posted quite a few now, pleased check your status on the list, most international parcels take between 15 to 20 days.

Only 2 set left on this first batch, if there is a demand I will get a second batch made up, I don't wish to keep stock so will need a few names on a list before I get the second batch made.

Got out for a run and the ABS rings work great.
With a new front tyre the speedo is between 1-2% up.
As the tyre wears it will get even more accurate.
The odometer is 3.3% under actual so not too bad.
Fuel consumption figures are much more realistic and accurate too which helps in the remote areas I travel in.

Once again, thanks Kev :D
