Rear stand pin

Post by TexasSuperDuke » Thu Jul 13, 2017 4:43 am

Can anyone tell me the size pin I need to lift the rear of the Super Duke? I have a stand for my Diavel with a removable pin that I'd like to use instead of buying a whole new stand. Suggestions on where to order would also be greatly appreciated.

~27.3mm for my GT, I guess the R is the same.

I've got three pins for my rear stand now. I've just bought a new pin from the stand manufacturer each time, but you should be able to order one through stockists.

What make is your stand?

It's from Ricambi Weiss

Bought it in 2008 for my wife's Monster S4R, got a replacement pin in 2014 for my Multistrada, then another for the GT last year. Certainly getting value for money from that first purchase.

This is a great price for USA owners, shipping can't be too much either.

I have

with the single pin.

That's a Ducati stand. You probably want this:

They've changed the design since I bought mine, but that was nine years ago …

I don't know what brand it is. I bought it off Amazon and there's no manufacturer info. But it works fine so I'd rather not buy another one. I'll buy a pin and see if it fits. Otherwise I may have to buy another. Thanks for the info guys.

Got a link for it on Amazon? Someone else might be able to identify it.
