All our maps are for free & know of a few places selling maps including from our collection,

Install the PCV software that came with the PCV on your windows PC, close the software once installed, connect your PCV to your PC using the supplied USB cable, save the map you want to your desktop from this site, open that map by clicking on it, wait for everything to load then in the left side column click send map, all done disconnect everything & away you go.

If you don't have your PCV yet you can download the PCV software from this link & install it & have a play, Power Commander V Software 1.0.6.4 http://www.powercommander.com/powercomm ... mander%20V

Nice I'll be back over there after some changes in the new year going to try different stacks 80/40 and think I'll try the cat back on first just to see if the torque is better
Good to see results of same dyno can I see the graph?

The longer stacks look like they make the power sooner than the short ones cheers

Hey Kev how would this map go with the baffle in or what would be the most similar map?
Probably the closest to my map & location in WA. Only difference is Austin Racing hi slung and Moto hooligan dual stack intake not the Rotty.
Currently running another AU map for the wings exhaust but have just re installed the baffle to save my ears.

The difference between the maps is Staggers is built for Australian fuels & the other in Ireland for their fuels, the maps built in Australia need at least 2 to 4% more fuel if used in the UK.

There is nothing better than custom Dyno map built for your bike. :D

Quick question about Auto Tune: Will leaving a cell as 0 leave the fuel as is on the current fuel map, or will it trim to the ECU requested AFR for that RPM/Throttle position? I'm assuming the former.

I loaded map # 6 to my SDR, as it's nearly identical (I have 80/100 and 93 octane), then copied in the free AFR tables from Rottweiler's website. They leave quite a few cells at 0 that have some fuel adjustments on map #6. I also notice they left all the cells above 9500 RPM 0'ed. I know there's really no reason to go over that on this bike, but shouldn't we want to map all the way to the limiter?

0 means auto tune will not attempt to change that fuel cell. Im sure you already are but make sure you only use maps for USA bikes.
The reason they left them at 0 above 9500rpm is because original map AF ratio is ok.
Also I wouldn't mix and match maps. Using Auto Tune to create a custom map is not possible unless you have a very long hill that will allow to build revs and speed, however its a great tool to use when you have custom map created on a Dyno Tune and ad a modification afterwards like removing exhaust baffle.

Hope this helps
Cheers

So many different maps for different setups but is there any for a Rotty intake 80/80 stacks, stock cat & Akra map already done?

I thought Kev basically proved the stock cat flowed fine & actually produced more torque? is there more overall horsepower & torque found after a tune running a decat pipe?

My local KTM dealership is telling me with my Rotty intake (80/80 stacks) & the Akra map it would be running very lean??? I dont think they even knew what the Rotty intake was before my bike went in there & they dont own a dyno, obviously they are just guessing but they seem to be pretty well set on the idea it is very lean & not good for it, thoughts anyone???

Where does it say that & who knows 100% what the Akra mapping is exactly? I have heard it mentioned but it is only recently that people have hacked into the ECU & I have not read anywhere about anyone knowing what exactly the Akra map consists of?

Sounds more like a myth or ploy for KTM to sell the Akra EVO system

Essentially it is more fuel going in to a typically lean motor

And why, if you thinking that, want a akra mapping in your bike?
