Clutch Switch Cover?

Post by buddhabiker » Sun Jul 15, 2018 11:11 pm

I was washing my 2017 white/orange SDR (in the USA), and I noticed that the clutch switch looks naked, like it should have some kind of cover over it (like the front brake switch) to protect the contacts and the wires from dirt or water.

Here’s a pic of what mine looks like. Would someone please look at their bike and see if it looks like mine? If yours has a cover, please post a picture so that I can order the part. If you have access to a parts manual, a part number would be great! Thanks!

My 2015 looks just like yours and the part schematics look the same for both models with no cover I can see.

I've had no issue with switch in 75,000km.
