Help, I need to remove my sub frame

Post by Davo197 » Tue Mar 13, 2018 11:51 pm

Can anyone help, I need to remove my subframe, the rear part on my SDR 2017 frame . I've taken out all the bolts and screws I can see, 2 screws at the rear tail section and four bolts from the side and removed the rear foot pegs but still the frame is tight solid locked in. I'm wary of forcing it off as I don't want to cause any damage. Is there a particular way that I need to manoeuvre it to release it. I'm at a bit of a dead end, there's no technical drawings on line that I can find or a description of how to do it. Thanks.

pleasure to be of help & glad to hear it was something - potentially simple, if there's a mod of some format happening, keep us informed as you go aye
