Quick and easy luggage option, BUT.

Post by micksmt » Fri Jul 03, 2015 3:34 pm

Quick and easy luggage option, BUT its BMW... Just fitted the BMW soft bag 2, 30l of space, slides on then clips on and off in 10 secs, fits the rear rack, great for the weekends away. Just had to cover the BMW logo, just not right on the back of the KTM.
Don't be to hard on me :)

Wouldn't worry about the BMW. I have a vario top box on my 1290 SA. I did fill and paint the top silver part to get rid of the logo and put a ktm sticker in its place.

I'm using the same thing... Got the bag left over from my F800s, and it fits like a glove.

Hi, the bag is sold as waterproof, not tested it in heavy rain, but it never leaked in light to medium showers. The new price is about £110 but i bought mine from ebay for £60 delivered in excellent condition, and it comes with 12 different size quick release straps, 4 short, 4 medium, and 4 long, I only use 2 short and it works fine, Hope this helps. Cheers Mick.
