Pluging in SMT

Post by Zombie Master » Thu Oct 19, 2017 2:40 am

So the dealer says the minimum cost to plug in my bike is $60. Is there an alternative? I am a Mac guy but I also have a PC laptop.

I see they have it Tune ECU for Android. Would I be able to do all functions with a basic Android smartphone, or am I better with a PC?

I’ve seen it run on cheap android tablets. Not sure of the resolution on a phone

Bear with me. So I would need a cable and an adapter? So I would download the software onto my android tablet or PC laptop. Most of what I read is about mapping for exhaust systems. Would it also show fault codes. I'm new at this and just trying to get my head around this. :ugeek:

You would need a cable. Just google KTM 990 TuneECU cable. It does also show fault codes and let you clear them
