Exhaust Heat Shields

Post by Hardyrider » Tue Oct 23, 2018 9:01 pm

Looking to get the exhaust heat shields carbon wrapped, my local guy is bloody amazing at this stuff.

Going to remove the heat protector on the inside beforehand, just want to ask... is it necessary to put it back in?

Anyone had experience in this?

Yeah, I got mine black powder coated to hide the after market cans (cops, defects etc). I didn't replace the insulation. Didn't need to. The straight thru cans don't get that hot.
