So what's the brand and model? Looks alright at 720p and the sound ain't that bad considering it's mounted on the helmet either

It's a Drift HD170 Stealth with an external mic under the back of my jacket to cut out wind noise... All the helmet cams seem to suffer badly from wind noise at anything over 30mph so I picked the only good one I could find with an external mic option...

That'll explain the better than normal sound then :)

I've been eyeing up the POV HD for a while now, it's the reason I didn't just go out and buy a HD GoPro when they first arrived. The POV HD is a tad bulky even though the bulk can be pocketed and it has a few issues that need firmware updates to fix I think but it also has an external mic and a useful feature to loop and "bank" that loop when you click a remote button...like I said though it has a few issues that people have reported that should be fixed via firmware updates (may be already?) and is also quite a bit of cash but it seems like a good investment...I am waiting for a while longer before I buy though...
