Yep SDR does fit perfect, I brought a brand new Akro slip on that was for a SDR, it was half the price of the GT version .

BST Arrive\Still no SDR

On a 17 SDR gt? BST only had 14-16 years offered, I took a risk with hoping those will fit the 17. How do u like the BSTs Yes there on a new GT and they all share the same wheel fitments. I can't really compare because this is the first bike I've fitted from new and really wish I had done a couple ...

Re: Who's done front sprox mod !

I've got 2000 miles on my bike now and have just fitted the Sita 40 tooth rear sprocket (thanks Mr C for the heads up). As my chain is pretty new it would only just fit with the chain adjustment at its slackest point. It felt much better at 80 mph in 6th gear. Off to Ireland for a week and should d...

Re: Ergo seats

I just got my SD GT seat back from Sargent. It is the same height as stock, maybe a little bit lower since is has a slight "dish". They use a proprietary Atomic Foam that is a little softer and conforms slightly after 30 min. of riding. I thought the stock seat would break in after 4000 miles but i...

Re: Accessories

Does anyone know some Titanium after market flange nuts? I did fine Sproket nuts from RacePro on eBay, but can't find anything similar for flange. I've done both in titanium, mine are from pro-bolt, they don't list them so you have to ask for the specific nuts . https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...

Re: Location of breather pipe?

Anyone know where your supposed to feed the breather pipe so it doesn't look like this- IMG_0210.JPG Got it back from the service like this, took it back to dealer and they zip tied it but it's pissing me off dropping down like that. Have they removed the emissions canister from under the seat ? Re...

Crash Protection

I've fitted GB engine case savers, they cover the whole cover so should protect well, I also worked with Evotech to mod my upper Evotech crash bungs and they now stick out further so should aid more protection, also have front and rear bobbins and clutch master cylinder cover, just hope I never have...

This list counts as more than just "teething" troubles...............my bike needs dentures :D Strange how a bike can have so many issues and others not ! This is not typical to just one manufacture, Ducati - BMW all premium makes have the same problems, I wonder why this happens ? Surely...

Re: Any reliable SD-GT's out there?

So I've now done a couple hundred miles with the 40t rear sprox fitted, and I'm very surprised the difference 2 teeth make, the bike will even sit @ 60 in 6th gear with no issue, in 5th @ 30 mph if you wind the throttle on it will pull instantly, it is now super smooth when town riding and constant ...

Yeah I've done the GS in all variants and used to love the versatility, but than found them boring and fell out of love, however I did keep coming back but i would not have a WC again - EVER .

Rear suspension

It's quicker when you fit this bad boy, had to adjust the wheel to the minimum adjustment (fully forward) and chain is just on the minimum markings, I've been running 39t for 5k so probably not see a huge difference but do feel 2 on the back is a better option as per the front sprox. https://uploads...

Re: Any reliable SD-GT's out there?

I must have a special production GT ! Because it's been in hibernation since sept 16 and had not been started until today and guess what ! It started first touch of the button and ran so smoothly on tickover, however I might REJECT IT because I found a spec of rust on a chain pin. Whilst I had it ou...
