2019 SDGT Service indicator reset?

Hate to bring this topic up again because it's been covered multiple times for the previous model. BUT...it doesn't work on the 2019. I checked YouTube and the closest I got was on the Super Adventure with the TFT dash and you change it by going into "Preferences". But the 2019 SDGT does not have th...

Re: Can a Arrow mid pipe fit a 2017

If any of the U.S. 1290 SDR owners want the Arrow cat delete mid-pipe, I know my local KTM dealer has one in stock. Gray Area KTM, Springfield OR, 541-688-5881.

Re: ST Tires

I am hoping the new Dunlop Q3plus that i'm riding on now will get me 5000 miles instead of the 3500-4000 miles that I was getting on the old Q3's. They advertise 20% more mileage.

Re: 18,000 mile service

Just had my 18,600 mile service done this week at my local dealer. I called two different dealer's beforehand for cost estimate's and was quoted $850 and $1050. And yes, most of this is labor cost. My valves were good, no adjustment needed. The other major parts cost was the spark plugs. $45 each an...

Re: aftrmarket rotors question

I finally grew tired of the warped, pulsating stock rotors that effect many 2014 SDR's and upgraded to the PP Galfer rotors and new Galfer pads. Very happy I did. No more pulsating, no more noise, good feel and stopping power. I was considering the Braketech rotors also and I feel they would be a gr...

Re: Evotech has great quality

I agree. Very good build quality, very good fit and finish. I have a few of their products on my SDR since 2014 with no issues at all. No breaks, no fading.

Re: Rotors

So far, so good for me. I just installed the wave rotors/pads for the same reason as ChrisRR. I got fed up with the pulsating brakes every time I came to a stop. We finally had a break from the cold rainy weather Sunday so I was able to get 120 mile ride in. I took it pretty easy on the brakes to be...
