Re: Heated seats / Fuel 95 RON ? .. or some benefit from BP Ultimate 98 (Australia)

G'day MarkLH...... from humid and showery Brisbane (it must be a weekend..overcast..threatening... :( ). I mostly use 95 - Shell or Caltex...... when I've had to use BP98 (country QLD seems to be BP territory) I've had the feeling that the GT likes 95 better.......but that may be down to what is add...

Cheers Moggz from the other side of the rock..... Another option could be the Acerbis Dual Road guards......they are minimal though and you may want larger coverage for really wet cold conditions......but they look great and are easy to fit and have colour options. Due to the Gt instruments being fa...

Re: Headlight Protector - 1290Gt

Well i've got the rather large headlight cover......intending to fit a-s-a-p...... I've already done a reasonably good job on the LED side lamps (adhesive 'Lite Skinz' cover) ...... but the Zed's protector was not cheap after the $15 freight was added to the $75 price.......and it took a week to get...

Hey Mick, I was just enjoying Richards pics and story...... he is using is a Ventura rack and bag system (I spotted that in the first post..... ). I've seen Ventura's on many bikes over the years.....will be interested to hear how it went - they do rely on screws to hold sections together, but...

Re: New Superduke GT owner experiences.

Okay, I managed to overtighten the Puig screen and didn't notice the cracks until a week later - so be careful installing yours....... I managed to invent a repair that I hope will work - lesson learn't - keep eyes open and always work in a really well lit area - and never work under time pressure.....

Re: Hard Suspension

Cheers all......keep in mind that the rear shockie does feel like it needs a click more "rebound" damping. That might explain why it feels like it wants to push up too quickly - I only know how this feels because I invested in Ohlins for my Blackbird and it's got clickers everywhere.....but the rebo...
