I just finished a contract in Kazakhstan earlier than expected. Unlikely I could sell my 8 month old KTM 1290 Super Adventure for anything like what I paid for it. Exporting my 2016 EU standard 1290 Super Adventure to US
Where can I get info on what I need to do to import my bike to the US. I am currently riding it in Kazakhstan but it is an EU standard bike. Are there any special things that have to be done to the bike?

I fitted the Touratech mount designed for the 1190. I had to grind some of the bracket on the right side to clear the windscreen locking lever but it works great. No vibration and it does not obstruct anything else.

Unidentified plug under tank
I recently took off the fuel tank to run new wiring for my Innov camera system. I found an open plug on the left side near the frame. I could not find anything it could be connected to but it seems unusual it is just left open. Anyone recognise it? What is it for? See attached pictures. IMG_9138.JPG...
